You must have our permission!
It is strictly forbidden to take one of our vehicles outside the Albanian borders without prior permission!

The main driver must have a valid driver licence, a credit card under his/ her name and and ID or passport. If you don’t have a credit card cash payment is another payment method our company allow.

Booking a car with us is very easy.

After reciving all informations by email ( emailing to booking@rentalshkodra.com)

You can reserve a car sending by whatsapp to our booking advisor the following documents and details:

•   place, date and time for pick up;
•   place, date and time for drop off;
•   a valid driver license by picture;
•   flight ticket or fly number if you pick up or drop off to the airport;
•   email address
•   a phone number richable by whatsapp.

After receiving this informations we will send the confirmation through reservation voucher and your booking will be fixed.

Yes you can choose the specific model according to our booking advisor who will help you choosing the best model for your needs. After cheking with our staff you will fix the car model and not have another car instead of the one you choose, like happen with other rental car companies. No bad surprises with us!

Any rental extension must be managed by the rental office, which will calculate the new cost.Contact costumer service immediately if you decide to extend the rental.

Yes for example you can pick up the car in Shkoder and drop off in Tirana city or airport or pick up at the airport and drop drop off in Shkoder (Rental car Shkodra office).

Other drop off locations are possible with extra fee:

Tirana airport
Tirana city center
Durres
Saranda
Podgorica airport (Montenegro) etc.

Two drivers are allowed included in the daily price.

Animals and pets are not allowed on board.

Contact immediately with our costumer service by sending a picture of the fine. They will pay the fine and you will pay it on the drop off day, without wasting time to do it during your trip.

Costumer must provide with flight number while booking and a mobile phone number, the representatives and the desk will check your flight and keep the car. Anyway keep in touch with our costumer service for any delay to be sure your car will be ready at your arrival.

You must be at least 25 years old to drive our cars.

TPL insurance is included in the daily rental price.
To spend a stress-free vacation, we offer other coverage options at an extra cost, like CDW or Excess cover.
