Had a great experience hiring a car from Rental Car Shkodra. Communication was excellent and the prices set out clearly via messages before the trip. Pickup was easy, with communication over Watsapp with very friendly staff at the office and on the phone. Car was great, and drop off at Tirana Airport was seamless. Would definitely recommend for car hire in Albania and will use again when I visit! Thanks
